Lorton Arts Foundation Pursues Fund Raising Via Strategic Branding Lorton, VA- November 1, 2004- Lorton Arts Foundation has been engaged BrandSync to develop a comprehensive, return on investment revenue model as a basis for raising public and private funds. The funds raised will enable the Lorton Arts Foundation to fulfill its mission of transforming the fifty-five acre Lorton Prison complex into a world class center for visual and performing artists to develop and share their work. BrandSync will conduct primary and secondary research to develop an empirical foundation for a five-year revenue projection for the facility. The revenue projection model will include revenue generated by the facility's operations as well as revenue from foundations, corporate and individual donors. The model will be the centerpiece of an economic feasibility demonstration for the project to enable the Lorton Arts Foundation to close on a 99 year lease on the facility as well as gain the appropriate backing for a multi-million dollar revenue bond.
