Intrinergy Brands Its Renewable Energy Spin-Off

Richmond, VA - January 3, 2006 - Renewable energy fund, Intrinergy, has engaged BrandSync to build the brand of a recycling company it is creating. BrandSync is utilizing its brand synchronization process to build a branding platform to assist in naming and identity development.

Intrinergy is creating a separate brand for a company that will produce the material it uses primarily for its gasification energy business. The separate brand identity for the start up will enable Intrinergy's flagship business to maintain its positioning as an energy company while it diversifies into recycling of waste materials. The new business will transform wood, rubber and plastic into feed material for Intrinergy's gasification plants as well as other commercial uses including artificial turf surfaces and playground equipment.
