BrandSync Positions Early Stage Technology Company for Rapid Growth

Richmond, VA - January 19, 2007 - BrandSync recently completed a market development study for Finance and Compliance Solutions Corporation (FCS Corp.), an early stage technology company based in Elkridge, Maryland targeting automobile dealership franchises.

As part of the study, BrandSync conducted a survey among primary target audiences during the latter part of 2006 to obtain reliable data points and measurement of value propositions for use in corporate and market development initiatives. The market planning study was designed to provide: 1) a target audience assessment of FCS product concepts, 2) pricing feedback for products and various credit center services from auto dealers, and 3) review and analysis of selling propositions to determine auto dealers' impressions and potential demand.

Subject areas probed during the research process included key improvement areas for dealer F&I operations, dealer feedback and data points regarding sales propositions, degree of interest in products and credit center services, pricing points and options for products and credit center services and benchmarking of demographic and industry information. The study also provided dealer demographics and improvement areas to direct market development and operational alignment strategy.

The study's findings are being used to direct the company's brand marketing initiative - including renaming, corporate identity development and web site design and deployment. Statistical information generated from the market planning study is also guiding various finance and corporate development initiatives to enable the rapid growth and scaling of the business.
