QubicaAMF recently implemented five different strategies designed to improve the customer experience and thereby increase business. The bowling company then called BrandSync, which will measure and validate each new approach, then provide suggestions and materials to ensure marketability.
Research is already underway for the following areas of concentration: customized display monitors in bowling lanes; online booking; a frequent bowlers club; and themed birthday parties for children. In addition, BrandSync is investigating the impact of customized software which would help managers handle all aspects of a bowling center.
