Rich Wolford was co-founder of BrandSync and has spent his entire 20-year career managing successful business growth through strategic branding. Rich has significant business and marketing experience and is currently COO of Finance and Compliance Systems. He was formerly VP, Solutions at QubicaAMF Bowling Products and the COO of Skyjet, a leading provider of on-demand business jet charter services. Rich was also co-founder of Evergreen Marketing and the Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing at Riggs Bank. Rich holds an M.B.A. from George Washington University and a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University.

David Martin (father of Rob Martin) has founded and managed several marketing communications firms including BrandSync and The Martin Agency, which is today considered one of the best advertising agencies in the world with accounts that include Wal-Mart, UPS and GEICO. During his prestigious career, David has been responsible for dozens of successful branding campaigns including the "Virginia Is For Lovers" campaign that transformed Virginia into one of America's top tourist destinations and has become one of the most enduring and successful tourism brands ever created. He is the author of two books on the topic of branding, "Romancing The Brand: The Power of Advertising and How To Use It" and "Be The Brand: How To Find A Powerful Identity And Use It To Drive Sales." He has appeared on numerous television business news shows including The Today Show and CNBC, and his advice is regularly sought out by corporate and marketing industry leaders. Martin is a graduate and former trustee of Hampden-Sydney College and has been inducted into the Virginia Communications Hall of Fame and the Richmond Business Hall of Fame.
